I’ve just been having a browse around to see what the best and most essential best prenatal vitamins are for my friend, she’s expecting her first child and is currently freaking out about all these things she feels she needs to know but doesn’t have a clue about - if I can take a little of the pressure off her by finding out some information myself then that’s a good thing
