I wish there was a way to really target stomach fat loss as that’s the area I find it hardest to shift weight from, like most women I imagine. It’s so pesky, I have worked hard to lose almost 100lbs so it drives me mad that I am still not happy with my body because I can’t shift those last few pounds from my belly area.

I have never really been a fan of diet pills because I know that if you put in the time and effort you can lose weight without them. I think the issues with pills and the like is that they mean you don’t learn about healthy eating because you rely on the pills - so when you stop taking them as you inevitably have to all the weight just goes back on.

We might be getting a new Saniflo toilet tomorrow, or maybe next week after we have both been paid. Our current toilet needs replacing any way because it’s been a bit dodgy for a while now and we figured we might as well spend the money on getting a good one that’s going to last a long time than get another cheap one

I need to find a really effective treatment for acne for my niece, she’s in her teenage years and is really struggling with her skin at the moment - it’s not that long ago that I was there myself so I definitely feel her pain and understand that no matter how much I try and tell her it’s not the end of the world it will still feel like it is to her - bless. I am glad I don’t have any adult acne to deal with.

I love looking at buildings, not just any old buildings of course but ones that are architecturally unique or special. I saw some gorgeous new metal buildings in my local town a few weeks ago that seemed to come out of no where and I have been meaning to look up some information about them online – see who designed them and what purpose they serve. I am going to go and do that now before I forget again

Does anyone know of a good place to look for industrial supplies? It is something I have been asked to help with at work and I agreed to it because I was eager to please but then I realised I don’t really know what the heck I am looking for or where to look for it. I need help and I need it fast!

I need to find a site that sells unique baby gifts, my friends just had their 3rd child and I promised them something unique as a gift - I got their first two children something different that made them laugh so I would like to continue that trend.

They’ll get enough of all the usual things people buy new babies I am sure, it’s nice to give something a little different

I am looking for a pulse oximeter for my aunt, she just found out that she needs one at home and asked me to find one at a good price for her. I am having a hard time finding any UK based places that sell them, they seem pretty easy to get a hold of at a fair price elsewhere but not over here for some reason.

I was just reading some prototype 37c reviews, my mum has been using the stuff for years and swears by it and now that I am getting a little older I am starting to think that maybe now is the time for me to start using wrinkle cream also - my mum is in her 60s now ans she looks great so hopefully I can follow suit

Thankfully it’s many years since I had to really worry about acne, like most teenagers I suffered with it terribly at times - you always seem to get an outbreak at the worst possible times don’t you? I remember cancelling many plans because I didn’t want to be seen out covered in spots.

At 30 though apart from the odd spot now and then I have pretty good skin - so hang in there teens, it gets better
