Move Scales!!

I was just looking up some information about weight loss, I have been losing weight for over 3 years now and things have really slowed down and I am finding it hard to stay motivated to be honest – it’s strange because I can eat really well and work out every day and lose nothing, or I can eat whatever I like and hardly work out at all and still stay the same weight – you’d think that if I am not losing doing what I do then I would gain when I stopped?

So I have been looking for inspiration and suggestion of things to try to get things moving again. A lot of sites suggest things like detox xtreme but that’s not really for me, I have managed to avoid doing ‘faddy’ things up until now and I don’t really want to start.

I am going to give ‘zig zagging’ a try though, where you eat high cal for a few days then low cal for a few days etc. I am also going to start running again as soon as it starts staying light a little longer :)
