Come on, no fair!!
Argh, I just can’t get my weight moving at the moment — the last two weeks I was eating 1200 - 1400 calories per day and working out for 2 hours, an hour cardio and an hour toning/weights and I gained two pounds, go figure!
It’s hard to keep motivated when that happens as I am sure you can imagine! If I didn’t know better I would be reaching for the weight loss pills for a quick fix solution right now, especially as I have an event coming up that I want to look great for
