I have never taken a weight loss pills in my life but I am considering it at the moment – I have lost 91 pounds over the last few years through diet and exercise but things have slowed down so much now, I am lucky to lose a pound a month! Looking outside my window right now it’s clear I need to stock up on my allergy relief products for the year, it’s sunny and balmy and warm and that only means one thing for someone with hay fever.
