I think I am going to start taking some vitamins, I am not sure what type yet - I think it’s vitamin C I am lacking but I might just start taking some multi vitamins to be on the safe side and make sure I have covered all bases. I like to think my diet is pretty well balanced but I am sure it’s not perfect.

and to continue on from my last post, I was reading some lipozene reviews online earlier today also as my aunt is determined to buy some pills to help her lose weight and this was one of the main contenders on her shortlist. I find it hard to recommend any to her because I don’t know much about them but at least this one looks legit.

I was reading about an apidexin scam earlier today, it definitely makes you think. A lot of people will see adverts or endorsements for diet pills and go diving in waving their credit cards and cash but I think people should be a lot more cautious than that as there are a lot of potential scams out there at the moment.

I have never taken a weight loss pills in my life but I am considering it at the moment - I have lost 91 pounds over the last few years through diet and exercise but things have slowed down so much now, I am lucky to lose a pound a month! I am just 2 pounds away from having a BMI of 24.9 - in the healthy range - and I want to get there so bad as it will be a huge mental breakthrough for me.

I need to find an affordable car insurance company and I need to find it fast - I am usually so on the ball when it comes to our finances but I realised just last night that our current policy expires in a weeks time and we can’t afford to renew with the same firm as they have increased their prices quite dramatically since last year!

I was just reading some hydroxycut advanced reviews online on behalf of my cousin, she mentioned that she’s been thinking about trying it because lots of people at her work have been singing it’s praises recently. If she’s going to spend money on something like that I’d rather make sure it’s worth it and she’d getting it at the best possible price.

I wish I knew what the best weight loss pill was, as in not the one that claims to be because they all claim to be - but one that actually does work and every one knows it, I might be tempted to give it a try then. I have lost 91 pounds on my own so far but thinks have slowed to a crawl now so if I knew something was definitely going to work I might be tempted to give it a try.

Looking outside my window right now it’s clear I need to stock up on my allergy relief products for the year, it’s sunny and balmy and warm and that only means one thing for someone with hay fever. Thankfully the tablets I take sort it out so I can at least enjoy the summer but I don’t like to rely on them too much so only take them when I am really suffering.

Flowers aren’t just for women you know! People associate them with mums and sisters and girlfriends but I know plenty of guys who love flowers - maybe they’d have been embarrassed to admit that a few years ago but it seems much more normal and acceptable now. So why don’t you get fresh flowers this fathers day for your dad and see if he likes them

I was looking at ipods earlier to see how much the newer ones cost these days - mine stopped working a while ago now and I have had it for eons so I thought I would maybe treat myself to a new one. I then gave mine one last try and it worked just fine this time, I couldn’t believe it because I tried every thing to get it working and spent hours on forums and the like with no luck and then it just works on it’s own. I can’t justify buying a new one now and I was quite looking forward to it, but ultimately I am happy I don’t have to get a new one I suppose!
