I think I am going to get one of those electronic cigarette gadgets I have seen recently for my dad, he often talks about wanting to quit. At first I thought they were just a stupid gimmick but after doing some reading it seems they really do offer a useful aid to quitting smoking and a lot of people find them very helpful, so it’s worth a shot

We are thinking about getting some tile flooring for the kitchen and redoing it, we only decorated in there a few months ago but the lino we put in isn’t really working out for us - we bought it cheap and the quality is not up to scratch for a kitchen basically, it scuffs and stains easily whcih is obviously not ideal!

Does anyone know what the best women vitamins are? As in vitamins specifically for women? I take multi vitamins and sometimes I take B vitamins, but I don’t take any special or specific ones and I feel I should - I think I get most of what I need from my healthy diet but I am always willing to give these things a try if they will help.

I was just reading an interesting article about foods that burn fat, and there were some surprising ones in there - I feel like I have done nothing but obsess over my diet for the last few days but I am trying to learn more so that I can get the scale moving again. I think I have probably overloaded myself with information now though as I feel a little lost.

I think I am going to find a natural weight loss program to follow, as I have said previously after 3 years of doing what I have been my weight loss is stalled - I watch what I eat and I work out, but maybe it’s time to do something different and actually follow a plan or diet that someone else has set out. I am willing to give anything a go at the moment.

I need to find some good hemorrhoids relief solutions for my poor uncle, he has been suffering really badly with them lately apparantly - he was complaining to my parents about it the other day while I was there and although I really didn’t need to hear the details I said I would look up information about it online for him. Does anyone know what the best eye cream for wrinkles are? I’m only 29 but I am turning 30 in 2 months and I am starting to get paranoid about these things and thinking that I should probably start taking better care of myself. I’m not really that concerned about turning 30 but at the same time I’d rather I was turning 20 again - no one, especially women, like getting older right?
